Does RubyRed have a physical store to shop?

No, RubyRed is strictly an online based store allowing you to order from home or on the go.

Do I have the option to collect my order?

RubyRed is not a physical store, all orders placed will be delivered to you. See our Delivery Page for delivery options and information.

Can I pay for my item upon delivery?

All orders are required to be made on the website through PayPal.

Can I cancel my order after it is placed?

We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. While we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed, you are welcome to return the item to us in accordance with our Return/Exchange Policy

Does RubyRed accept special orders on Items not in stock?

RubyRed aim to please it's customers. If an item you wanted is out of stock and you would like to see it re-stocked or special ordered, please contact us and we will do what we can to accommodate you. See our Contact page for our contact options and information.

What time are deliveries made?

Deliveries are made between the hours of 10:00am - 7:00pm.

If I put items into my cart does this mean it is secured?

Items in your cart are placed on hold for 10 minutes. If the order is not placed after 10 minutes all items will go back into inventory.
